- Process & log all host pay hours accurately and on time.
- Manage and track the distribution of member incentives and rewards.
- Maintain the official points log system for member activity and recognition.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy.
- Generate financial reports on payroll, incentives, and points activity.
📋 What Members Do
- Collect, verify, and input host shift logs and payment data.
- Record and update individual member points totals regularly.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of incentive payouts.
- Respond to member inquiries regarding pay, points, or incentives.
- Ensure strict adherence to Finance Unit logging protocols.
